We partnered with shoshin.pm when there was a desire to create our own digital product at Valueships. We were confident that we had the necessary technical expertise on board, but at the same time felt that we lacked a structured framework that we could use to plan and execute the process. Mariusz Witkowski of shoshin.pm through a series of regular workshop meetings with our project team helped us to:
identify precisely what problem of our target group we want to solve;
find gaps in our assumptions that, if not caught at an early stage, would have cost us a lot of extra work and wasted money later on;
validate which tasks should have the highest priority in each phase of the project.
Thanks to the workshop with Mariusz, we were able to crystallise from a vague and undefined shape into a sharp, precise picture of the goal we should be aiming for. This allowed us to significantly improve the planning of work and project milestones. The team became more confident and comfortable in their work. Mariusz's extensive product experience and proficiency in the use of useful frameworks were what we felt most strongly from the first minutes of cooperation.
