I've been working in the digital industry for 13 years, and I've had an abiding fascination with product management for 11 years. Two years ago I founded the shoshin.pm collective, whose mission is to support organisations wanting to create cutting-edge technology products in a healthy and safe working environment.

I’m a versatile product leader passionate about strategy, understanding customer needs, continuous product discovery, agile product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a skilled facilitator, coach and advisor, offering flexibility of an interim/fractional leader. On top of that I have a network of great experts on user research, product design and sensible implementation of AI solutions.
